Recruiters are your business partners! We were so privileged to gain a wealth of insight from Chelle, Brain and Kelli at this session. I can’t even begin to summarize the sheer vastness of the practical advice that was divulged in just one hour. It was immense, and you can watch the recording here.

One major theme in our discussion was all about how you interact with the recruiter -- they are busy people who are doing a lot of juggling. But more importantly, they are your cheerleader and your advocate -- and they love helping you get hired. Be real, be transparent, be flexible, polite, organized and thoughtful.

It’s crucial to be on top of your personal brand -- represent yourself well, and remember, you are representing the recruiter, too.
