One major theme in our discussion was all about how you interact with the recruiter -- they are busy people who are doing a lot of juggling. But more importantly, they are your cheerleader and your advocate -- and they love helping you get hired. Be real, be transparent, be flexible, polite, organized and thoughtful.
It’s crucial to be on top of your personal brand -- represent yourself well, and remember, you are representing the recruiter, too.
