About the Event

Human Resources can often be perceived to be the enemy instead of the employee advocate.  Why, and how is this changing in 2022?

Are you ready to have a crucial conversation with your boss about your professional development, but need some advice?

Do you have an HR topic you'd like to get some unbiased opinions on?

Are there questions you'd like to ask top Recruiters that will help your job search or opportunity to advance?

Talent Acquisition professionals are known for ghosting amazing candidates. What can you do about it?

If you answered yes to any or all of these questions, this session will provide you a gold mine of ideas, suggestions and takeaways. Get your questions ready, your pen out and get ready to interact with HR consultants, partners, and talent acquisition leaders.

Spread the word. This is YOUR opportunity to ask us anything, and I do mean, ANYTHING.  No topic is off the table.

Hear from panelists including: Chelle Johnson, the founder of Colorado Career Connectors, and returning guest Brian Curr, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sovrn.

About our panelists:

Chelle Johnson is Talent Acquisition veteran with over 20 years of experience recruiting, launching and advancing thousands of professionals at companies like Comcast, Lockheed-Martin, Sonora Quest Laboratories, and Honeywell. Shawnna Earnest is an outstanding HR Consultant that works with small to medium-sized companies throughout CO.  She has been in HR leadership for over 20 years, and is sought after for her expertise.
