About the Event

September is Hispanic Heritage month, and to celebrate, we are welcoming 3 top speakers from the Latinx community. This panel proudly represents employers, coaches and small businesses from the perspective of our Latin American colleagues.

Our interactive and engaging session will address important topics related to our speaker’s experiences, their setbacks, and their ultimate successes. They’ll get real about how our Latinx community members can thrive – and how the rest of us can amplify and celebrate our colleagues’ success.

Discussion topics include:

  • Intersectionality
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Overcoming biases in interviewing
  • Reducing barriers and roadblocks to success
  • Stories of success and how to be a proactive ally

Our speakers include Ubaldo Ciminieri, CMO of InterviewIA, Marianie Arroyo, President of the HOLA Employee Resource Group at DISH and Rocio Duran, a Bilingual and Multicultural Executive Coach.

This discussion is an important step in working to bring community together, support Latinx leaders and integrate more inclusive opportunities. Join us on Monday, September 12 at noon to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month together.
