Chelle is a former corporate Talent Acquisition Director, HR Executive and industry insider. At the height of her 20+ year corporate career, she recruited, launched and advanced thousands of professionals at Fortune 50 companies. 

In 2020, she decided to make a massive shift and launch her coaching business, Best You Career Advantage. Now, she guides high-achieving but under-fulfilled professionals who are ready to dig deep and do the work, to make their own transformational journey. 

In February 2021, Chelle founded Colorado Career Connectors with a goal to bring the top Talent leaders and speakers from around Colorado to the diverse workforce and job seekers within the state who would usually never have access to these individuals.  CCC is now a nation-wide community focusing on career and professional development.

Yvette is a specialist in running small business operations with limited resources. She has been working with startups and young companies for nearly two decades, managing front office, back office and everything in between. 

 

After taking a job running corporate operations projects in a larger company, she knew she didn’t quite fit the mold. In 2019, she made the leap to entrepreneurship. Yvette now runs her own business helping other entrepreneurs be great at what they do and amplifing missions that matter.
